TOOLS FOR CONVIVIALITY
A quick search on youtube on 'conviviality' comes up with these videos which take an interesting look on the concept, and in particular how they link with certain Christian values...
The latter video suggests interesting ways in which technology is structured (and furthermore architecture) against convivial principles...
In this sense, how can architecture, technology and other systems be programmed and designed to suit a mode of conviviality?

Imperialist mercenaries can poison or maim but
never conquer a people who have chosen to set boundaries to their tools for the sake of conviviality."
^ This quote above (Illich, Ivan (1973) Tools for Conviviality. London: Marion Boyars Publishers Ltd) gives hope to supporters of a potential convivial society, be they architects, politicians, essential workers, clergymen etc. I read Chapter 5 (Political Inversion)
