More of the specifics around the laws relating to public rights of way. Particularly interested in the sections on who the obligations for upkeep fall to.
The Charter of the Forest. An accompaniment to the Magna Carter and really the first document to enshrine the rights of commoners to common land and move away from allowing land grabs by the elites.
