A CONVIVIAL STATE

A convivial state is an idea, speaking of a place which is based on helping these refugees to recoup necessary strengths in order make better choices for their journey ahead. Brutally put, it is important to keep in mind that the limitations exist even after reaching a certain place and their entire process of finding home is completely uncertain.
